Service Description
Embodied Tarot is an invitation from the tarot for you to reconnect with the intuitive wisdom of your body. An intuitive movement sessions begins with a tarot reading which prompts Nicole into a series of movement attunements, personalised meditations, and potentially yogic stretches or poses to drop your reading out of the Spiritual and further into your physicality. The benefit of these sessions is in having the connection between your body and your energy sphere not only articulated by another person, but brought to your attention so you can easily keep nurturing your spiritual growth alongside your physical health. These sessions are intended to open a conversation between your subconscious and your waking brain; a conversation which is ongoing but often lost in the every-day survival we’re drenched in as we move through each day. *NO movement or meditation experience is necessary to benefit from these sessions.* These readings are only offered live. They are best facilitated in person, but can be over zoom and will be recorded and sent to you to reference in the future.
